All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at girik.shop@gmail.com.

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at girik.shop@gmail.com. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.
